所有酒款都是利用花的酵母來釀酒。
不過用花酵母釀出來的酒是否一定是花香味?
這個則未必。好似這瓶士多啤梨花酵母,
香氣上會係啤梨系的亞熱帶水果風味,
會微微帶有士多啤梨的酸甜感,
喺哩個悶熱的月份,會帶畀你一陣清爽的感覺。
食物配搭方面不妨同肉類一起享用,
16%的酒體給予足夠的結構配襯肉食,而清爽的酸度亦可以平衡油脂感。
